This website is operated by BesharamHQ. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products. All items are printed to order. Product photographs and mockups are representative. Small variations in print position, colour and fabric shade are normal in printing and are not defects.

Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item cannot be produced, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will be refunded in full.

Payments. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your card details.

Returns and refunds. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Custom orders. Items printed with text or artwork you supply cannot be cancelled once production begins, and cannot be returned or refunded except for a printing defect or damage in transit. Please check your spelling carefully — we print exactly what you approve.

Customer-supplied artwork. If you send us text or artwork for a custom order, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline any request, including anything using a third party’s trademark, logo or copyrighted work. You agree to cover any claim brought against us arising from artwork you supplied.

Our designs. All designs, slogans and artwork on this site belong to BesharamHQ and may not be reproduced, printed or resold without written permission. Our products carry humorous slogans intended as light-hearted commentary; they are not directed at any specific person or organisation.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
