Shipping policy

We currently ship across India only.

Production time. Every item is printed to order. Printing and quality checks take 2–5 business days before your order is handed to the courier.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days in metro cities and 5–8 business days elsewhere in India. These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees — festivals, weather and regional disruptions can add a few days.

Shipping charges. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees added afterwards.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received one within 7 days of ordering, write to us and we will look into it.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we can re-dispatch it once you cover the return shipping cost.

Undelivered orders. If your order has not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, contact us and we will either re-send it or refund you in full.
